• Minutes of the Meeting of the Association Meeting held on 18^th January 2023 – for approval. (These minutes have been circulated and are also attached).

• Election of eleven members of the Management Committee (includes one from each Town Council, if possible).

• Election of three Directors to ESALC.

• Election of three members to Wealden’s Local Strategic Partnership (one from the Northern Parishes, one from the Southern Parishes and one from the Towns).
