Have your say on Sussex Local Nature Recovery Strategies – A webinar for Sussex Town and Parish Councils
Tuesday 21st October 2025 – 6-7pm
Local Nature Recovery Strategies are legally required, locally led plans that aim to restore biodiversity across England by setting clear priorities for nature recovery and targeting effort where it can have the greatest impact.
48 strategies are being prepared across England including two covering Sussex – one for West Sussex and one for East Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Over two thousand local people were involved in the development of the Sussex strategies. These have now been drafted and public consultation is set to start in mid-October. We now need your help to let us know if you think we’ve got them right.
