1. Apologies for absence.

• Election of Chairman for the ensuing year.

• Election of Vice Chairman for the ensuing year.

• Minutes of the Meeting of the Association Meeting held on 3^rd April 2024 – for approval. (These minutes have been circulated and are also attached).

• Ruby Brittle (Stakeholder and Engagement Manager) and Arthur Macklin (Interim Contract Manager) to update members on the new Highways Maintenance contract.

• Election of eleven members of the Management Committee (includes one from each Town Council, if possible).

• Election of three Directors to ESALC.

• Election of three members to Wealden’s Local Strategic Partnership (one from the Northern Parishes, one from the Southern Parishes and one from the Towns).

• Election to the Standards Committee.
